Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Vavede. We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help — fairly and clearly.
Return & Exchange Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date.
After 30 days, unfortunately, we can’t accept any return, exchange, or refund request.
What Is Eligible for Return or Exchange?
You may return or exchange items that meet ALL of the following conditions:
• Item is not customized or personalized
• Item is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition
• Item is returned in original packaging, with tags still attached
• Return or exchange is initiated via email within the 30-day window
What Is NOT Eligible?
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Customized or personalized embroidered items (e.g., names, initials, custom logos/designs)
• Items marked Final Sale
• Items that are used, washed, damaged, or missing tags
• Items returned without contacting us first
• Returns or exchanges requested after 30 days of delivery
Please DO NOT send any item back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
How to Request an Exchange
To exchange an item (e.g., for another size or color):
1. Email [email protected] with:
o Your order number
o The item you’d like to exchange
o What you’d like to exchange it for (e.g., size or style)
2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions
3. Once we receive and inspect the original item, we will:
o Ship the new item (if available), OR
o Offer store credit or a refund (if out of stock)
Exchanges are only available for non-custom embroidered items.
Refund Process
If your return is approved:
• A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• Refund processing time may vary based on your bank or payment provider
Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect
• We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method
• Vavede is not liable for lost or undelivered return packages
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Send photos and your order number to [email protected]
• We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost
